Clinton Bought a second bottle because the first experience was so good. The second bottle came without cellophane and the cap was not on the bottle. Customer service provided me with a google screenshot of the reason there was no cellophane and refuses to acknowledge that there is an issue. I will NOT be buying from Valencia again.
