Delivery (USA)
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends) from Florida. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships via UPS or USPS. Orders within Florida typically arrive in 1–2 business days; out‑of‑state orders usually arrive in 2–8 business days.
Please note: Once an order is confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for any theft.
Canada & Customs
For shipments to Canada, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by Canadian customs. These charges are independent from our company and are determined directly by the customs authorities of the destination country. Customers will be notified if any such charges apply once the shipment reaches the corresponding customs stage.
Damage in Transit
Any damage in transit must be documented. Please send images of the product, its inner packaging, and the shipping box, showing any leaks or damage as clearly as possible. Without documentation, we cannot submit a claim or process a replacement/refund.
Returns
Orders can be returned within 15 days from the ship date for a full refund minus shipping. Products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. If your order included free shipping, that cost will be deducted from your refund. Tester items (if purchased as testers) are non‑returnable, and a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply if the bottle is not returned in its original packaging.
